Continue driving straight for 1.7 miles approx. and the site is on the right - there is a "For Sale" signboard at the front. You may drive back to Roscrea a different way. Continue driving in the opposite direction that you came and drive for 0.7 miles, until you meet a fork in the road. Veer right & continue 0.3 miles until you meet a T-junction. Turn left, driving through Curraganeen Village (or turn right for Clonmore Village) & from the village continue straight on and you will come out onto the Roscrea to Templemore Road (takes 3.3 miles) (almost opposite Pattersons Nursing Home). Turn right for Roscrea (6km) & left for Templemore.
From Templemore: (4.6 miles in total).
From the bottom of Main St drive for 2.9 miles, in the direction of Roscrea. Turn right at a junction & continue straight for 1.7 miles. The sites are on the right hand side of the road, a "For Sale" board is erected outside the plot (if you wish to drive to Roscrea, you may continue as outlined above).
